However, the reporter’s investigation found that the project did not undergo the so-called 30% discount. The project has recently launched some discounted housing options, such as a 68 square meter three bedroom with a total price of 550000 yuan, a discount of 80000 yuan from the original price, and additional benefits such as parking spaces. Industry insiders say that overall housing prices in Guangzhou may stabilize, but some areas are still showing a cooling trend, and real estate companies need to adjust their sales strategies according to market conditions.
