On February 8th, US President Trump signed an executive order directing the Attorney General to review and evaluate any actions taken by the federal government during the Biden administration that they believe violate Second Amendment rights. The Second Amendment to the United States Constitution grants individuals the right to bear arms. It is reported that this will include evaluating regulations, international agreements, and actions taken by institutions such as the Ministry of Justice, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, as well as reports related to preventing gun violence.
