On February 1st, the Sanya Tourism Work Leading Group Office launched the implementation of the “Six Measures for Optimizing and Improving Services in Sanya Island Scenic Spots (Trial)”. The six measures are as follows: establishing an emergency dispatch mechanism for maritime transportation capacity guarantee, establishing a mechanism for overtime queuing and ticket refund, optimizing the 24-hour complaint handling mechanism, organizing and providing basic services around island scenic spots, supporting enterprises to carry out tourist care and warm services, and strictly implementing the guarantee of safe and secure production. The measures will be officially implemented at 8:00 am on February 2, 2025.
