On February 1st, National Transportation Safety Board investigator Ted Inman announced at a press conference on January 31st that the black box of the “Black Hawk” helicopter that collided with the passenger plane has been found and is fully capable of recovering the black box data of the two crashed planes. Ted Inman also stated that he is investigating the air traffic controllers on the day of the plane crash. (CCTV News)
