On January 29th, Axios quoted a White House official as saying that the Trump administration will propose to pay salaries to federal employees who refuse to return to the office until September 30th. Axios stated that employees must resign before February 6th to be eligible. According to Axios, federal workers will receive government wide email notifications today.
