On January 28th, the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health announced on January 27th local time that the Israeli army’s attack in southern Lebanon that day resulted in 2 deaths and 17 injuries. The Lebanese Ministry of Public Health stated that the Israeli military is still deployed in multiple towns in southern Lebanon and has opened fire on Lebanese civilians attempting to return home, causing casualties.
