On January 28th, Lebanese Hezbollah leader Naeem Kassem delivered a speech on the 27th local time, stating that Hezbollah is committed to not violating the Lebanon Israel ceasefire agreement, but Israel has violated it 1350 times. Although Hezbollah has considered responding to Israel’s violations, it still chooses to remain patient.
