On January 20th, King Abdullah II of Jordan met with visiting European Union Crisis Management Commissioner Rabib. When discussing the latest situation in the region, Abdullah II emphasized that after reaching a ceasefire agreement in Gaza, it is necessary to increase international humanitarian assistance and ensure sufficient aid is provided to all areas of the Gaza Strip. He also emphasized that efforts should be made to safeguard the security of Syria and its citizens, and to restore stability to the country.
