On January 20th, Israeli Defense Forces spokesperson Hagari reported on the release of detainees in Gaza that day and the latest deployment of the Israeli military. Hagari stated that the first phase of the Gaza ceasefire agreement is expected to last for nearly 42 days. Today, the first batch of three Gaza detainees returned to Israel. Starting from today, 3 to 4 detainees will be released every week.
