The US House of Representatives votes to pass a bill to expel illegal immigrant sex offenders

On January 17th, the US House of Representatives passed a bill aimed at expelling convicted illegal immigrant sex offenders on January 16th with 274 votes in favor and 145 votes against. The bill was initially proposed by South Carolina Republican Congressman Nancy Mace to strengthen the crackdown on sexual and domestic violence crimes. Some Democrats voted against the bill, believing that it did not fully consider the actual situation.
