On July 3rd local time, the Russian Federation Council (Upper House of Parliament) and the Russian State Duma (Lower House of Parliament) respectively reviewed and approved a statement regarding the suspension of the participation of the Russian Federation Assembly delegation in the work of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly. The statement will be submitted to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe and other institutions such as the United Nations.
