On April 29th local time, Iranian Minister of Economic Affairs and Finance, Ihsan Handouzi, stated on social media that his meeting with Saudi Minister of Economy and Planning, Faisal Ibrahim, was constructive. Ibrahim agreed to Iran’s five proposals and emphasized the need to plan a roadmap for economic cooperation between the public and private sectors of the two countries and accelerate implementation.
Recently, Han Duqi went to Saudi Arabia to attend the 2024 Islamic Development Bank Group meeting and held bilateral talks with Ibrahim.
