On March 8th, Bain&Company, a US consulting firm, released a report titled “2025 Energy and Natural Resources Industry Executive Survey” on March 7th. According to a survey, 44% of surveyed executives in the energy and natural resources industry expect the world to achieve net zero emissions by 2070 or later, a significant increase from the previous year’s 31%. Only 32% of respondents expect to achieve net zero emissions by 2050, which is lower than the previous 40% -50%.
