On March 6th, Elon Musk’s role in the Trump administration is facing new legal challenges. A group representing Japanese Americans and scientists is asking the court to declare that Musk has no right to dismiss federal employees and argues that his position violates the Constitution. The complaint has been submitted to the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, which states that Tesla’s CEO is exercising powers that should only be held by officials confirmed by the Senate. However, Musk did not receive approval from the Senate.
