Zeng Yuqun, member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and Chairman of Ningde Times: Enhancing the level of market-oriented application and promoting the high-quality development of new energy storage

On March 5th, at the 2025 National People’s Congress and Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, Zeng Yuqun, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and chairman of CATL, submitted suggestions on improving the market-oriented application level of new energy storage. He suggested starting from three aspects: electricity pricing mechanism, cost diversion mechanism, and capacity compensation mechanism, to improve the market participation mechanism of new energy storage and promote the high-quality development of new energy in China.
