On March 1st, according to ABC local time, a federal judge in the United States issued a preliminary injunction to prevent the Trump administration from executing two executive orders related to transgender healthcare in some states, ruling that the government order “tampered with the law” and “evaded the principle of separation of powers”. The preliminary ban prevented the execution of an administrative order related to healthcare for transgender adolescents, as well as another administrative order regarding federal funding for institutions providing transgender services.
