Putin also stated that the Ukrainian military has violated the temporary ceasefire proposal almost 5000 times, but overall activity has decreased. When discussing the proposal not to strike civilian infrastructure, Putin stated that it is necessary to conduct research on it. Putin pointed out that Ukrainian authorities use civilian infrastructure for military purposes. He stated that Russia will analyze the proposal to suspend strikes on civilian infrastructure and provide a response.
