The reporter learned from the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League that the China Central Asia Youth Development Dialogue, hosted by the All China Youth Federation, will be held in Xi’an, Shaanxi on April 11th. More than 60 youth organization leaders and representatives of young entrepreneurs from China and five Central Asian countries gathered together to engage in lively exchanges and in-depth discussions on the theme of “Strengthening Digital Economy Cooperation to Support the Common Development of Youth”.

Vice Chairman of the All China Youth Federation, Xia Pakti Wushouer, hopes that the youth of China and the five Central Asian countries can serve as ambassadors of friendship and bridges for cooperation, work together to build a platform for youth digital economy cooperation, share the achievements of digital development, safeguard the rights and interests of youth digital development, adhere to people-oriented and intelligent goodness, jointly lead the international youth agenda, and develop together in the wave of digital innovation.
Tahtar Boresov, Youth Policy Advisor of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Kazakhstan and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Youth Entrepreneurs Alliance, shared how to promote the cultivation of artificial intelligence talents; Jimur Turatali, Technical Director of the Kyrgyzstan Institute of Artificial Intelligence and Co founder and Head of the Artificial Intelligence Community, believes that modern education projects should be continuously promoted to help young people acquire necessary technical skills and actively participate in the development of this field; In the view of Begench Harnenpesov, Minister of International Relations of the Central Committee of the Makhtumkuli Youth Organization in Turkmenistan, the digital economy is increasingly becoming an important force driving global economic and social development, affecting every aspect of young people’s lives
At the dialogue meeting, young representatives from China and abroad, based on their respective professional experiences and professional practices, engaged in heated discussions on topics such as “challenges faced in the process of developing the digital economy”, “what efforts young people should make to work together to address these challenges”, and “how to seize the opportunities brought by the digital economy”. They actively exchanged views and stories, and collided ideas and sparks.
Representatives from various countries have expressed that youth power, technological innovation, and international cooperation will play a key role in future development. Representatives call for accelerating the construction of digital infrastructure, promoting digital literacy education, and actively guiding young people to participate deeply in digital transformation and innovation practices through regional platforms and multilateral cooperation projects.
During the event, a signing ceremony for the China Central Asia Youth Digital Economy Cooperation Project was also held, including artificial intelligence projects, supply chain projects, logistics park projects, etc. After the dialogue, Central Asian youth representatives will also visit enterprises, museums, and communities for on-site visits, focusing on topics such as intelligent manufacturing and high-quality development, digital empowerment of community governance, digital technology empowerment of cultural heritage protection, and China Central Asia digital cooperation.
