Iran reiterates that it will never seek, produce or acquire nuclear weapons under any circumstances

On April 2nd, Iranian Foreign Minister Aragorchi stated on April 1st local time that Iran once again reiterated that it will not seek, produce, or acquire nuclear weapons under any circumstances. Alaghchi stated that it has been 10 years since the signing of the Iran nuclear agreement and 7 years since the United States unilaterally withdrew from the agreement, and there is still no evidence to suggest that Iran has violated this commitment. He also mentioned that past diplomatic interactions have proven their effectiveness and are still feasible today, but everyone must be clear that there is no such thing as a ‘military option’, let alone a ‘military solution’.
