On March 29th, China Securities Investor Protection Fund Co., Ltd. recently conducted a special survey for various securities firms to comprehensively understand the implementation of their investor protection work. The focus of this survey includes two aspects: firstly, a survey on the insurance coverage status of securities firms, mainly collecting subjective opinions and satisfaction levels of investors towards securities firms in terms of suitability management, risk warning, investor education, investor services, and complaint handling; The second is a special research on the insurance mechanism of securities firms, mainly examining the effectiveness of the construction of investor protection mechanisms in various securities firms, including the establishment of dedicated departments, the implementation of investor rights protection training, and the performance of functions during the delisting process of listed companies.
