Russia and Ukraine prohibit attacks on energy facilities within 30 days, list released by Russia

On March 26th, the Kremlin website released a list of energy facilities between Russia and Ukraine that have been agreed upon by Russia and the United States to prohibit attacks. The list includes: oil refining enterprises, oil and gas pipelines and storage facilities including pumping stations, power generation and transmission infrastructure such as power stations, substations, transformers, and distributors, nuclear facilities, and hydroelectric dams. From March 18, 2025, attacks on the aforementioned categories of Russian Ukrainian energy facilities are prohibited for a period of 30 days. The relevant agreement can be extended, and the other party may withdraw from the agreement in case of breach by either party.
