Putin: Ukrainian armed personnel who commit crimes in Kursk will face legal sanctions

On March 26th, the Kremlin announced on March 25th that Russian President Putin stated during a video conference with the Russian Council for Culture and Arts that the restoration of cultural sites in Kursk Oblast will receive all necessary financial support. All Ukrainian armed personnel who commit crimes in the region will be subject to legal sanctions, and some of the suspects have been detained by the Russian side and entered into judicial proceedings. This action will continue.
