The Russian side claims that Ukrainian troops shelled a substation in Zaporizhzhia Oblast, causing 11000 people to lose power

On March 23, the Russian appointed Deputy Governor of Zaporizhzhia Oblast, Anton Jitskyi, reported on March 23 local time that due to large-scale shelling by Ukrainian armed forces, a substation in Zaporizhzhia Pologovski District was damaged, and 11000 residents in nearby villages lost power. There are currently no reports of civilian casualties. Ukraine has not yet responded to this.
