On March 23, the annual horse racing event “BMW Hong Kong Derby 2025” was held on March 23, 2025 at the Sha Tin Racecourse in Hong Kong. As an important milestone in the four year old horse racing career, this event not only showcases the potential and strength of the racehorse, but has also been included as one of the key world-class events of the Hong Kong Tourism Board’s “Shenghui Super March”, attracting nearly 72000 people to watch today. Among them, the number of visitors to Sha Tin Racecourse exceeded 61000, and the number of visitors from mainland China and overseas exceeded 9000, both setting a new high in the history of horse racing competitions.
