On March 24th, local time, the Egyptian Ministry of Foreign Affairs hosted a meeting of the Arab Islamic Ministerial Committee in Cairo. The meeting focused on discussing the situation in the Gaza Strip and the reconstruction plan for Gaza. All parties present unanimously reiterated that Gaza is an inseparable part of the occupied Palestinian territory. All parties also reiterated the vision of resolving the Israeli Palestinian issue through a “two-state solution” in accordance with international law and relevant Security Council resolutions. All parties emphasized that this vision must guide discussions on the future of the Gaza Strip.
