On March 24th, it was reported from the Ukrainian side that an explosion occurred in a police building in Odessa Oblast, Ukraine on the 23rd local time. The incident resulted in the death of one woman and multiple injuries. At present, police and personnel from the Ukrainian National Security Service are working on the scene.
