We have seen that in the upstream, the demand for smart home appliances has surged by 30% year-on-year, and the proportion of high-end customized product lines has also increased to 30%. In the midstream, through digital transformation of logistics, the efficiency of the entire chain has been improved by 30%. The logistics cost from centralized warehousing to C-end has been reduced by 18%, and more importantly, the outbreak of service industry and circular chain. We have built a reverse logistics system covering 286 cities. By 2024, we will recycle 730 old home appliances.
