On March 16th, Feige Cloud Communication issued a statement stating that the voice product involved in the “CCTV 3.15 Evening Gala” report is a module of our company’s SaaS product, which is only used as a tool for customers. We do not participate in customers’ specific business operations, and we have also imposed strict restrictions on customer qualifications and customer data sources. However, this incident reflects our company’s shortcomings in customer supervision and service management, as well as insufficient training for internal personnel’s professional knowledge. We deeply regret this and sincerely apologize to all users, partners, and all sectors of society.
