On March 1st, the latest data released by Shenzhen Leyoujia Research Center showed that the total number of online signed first and second-hand residential properties in Shenzhen exceeded 6000 in February, achieving a year-on-year doubling growth. Data shows that in February, the total number of online signings for primary and secondary residential properties in Shenzhen was 6161, a year-on-year increase of 119%. Among them, there were 2484 online signings for primary residential properties, a year-on-year increase of 141%, and 3677 online signings for secondary residential properties, a year-on-year increase of 106%.
