On March 1st, US President Trump held talks with Ukrainian President Zelensky. Trump said that the United States and Ukraine have reached a “very fair” mineral agreement, which is a major commitment made by the United States. Trump also stated that he told Ukrainian President Zelensky that a ceasefire agreement is about to be reached. He had a good discussion with Russian President Putin on the same day and stated that negotiators have started discussing the details of the future ceasefire agreement between Russia and Ukraine.
