On February 28th, US President Trump met with visiting British Prime Minister Stamer on the 27th. During the meeting, Trump stated that Ukrainian President Zelensky will arrive on the morning of the 28th. Trump said that the mineral agreement will become a “backing” for Ukraine, and the United States and Ukraine need to reach an agreement first before forming a peacekeeping force.
