Riyadh, February 27th (Xinhua) — The China Saudi Arabia Entrepreneurs Roundtable and the 3rd Chain Expo Promotion Conference were held on the 26th in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. Enterprises and institutions from China and Saudi Arabia actively engage in business negotiations and have achieved multiple signing results.
Yu Jianlong, Vice President of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, said in his speech that over the years, China and Saudi Arabia have jointly promoted the “the Belt and Road” initiative and Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” to be deeply integrated. China Saudi Arabia cooperation projects have achieved remarkable results, injecting strong impetus into the economic development of the two countries. The China Council for the Promotion of International Trade looks forward to working together with the Saudi Arabian business community to promote greater cooperation between the two countries’ enterprises.
Chang Hua, China’s ambassador to Saudi Arabia, said that as the world’s first national level exhibition with the theme of supply chain, the Chain Expo provides a good platform for Chinese and Saudi Arabian enterprises to seek industrial chain supply chain cooperation, welcomes Saudi Arabian enterprises to participate in the third Chain Expo, and looks forward to more fruitful results of China Saudi Arabia practical cooperation.
Mohammed Al Ajlan, Chairman of the Saudi China Business Council, stated that Saudi Arabia’s “Vision 2030” is committed to promoting economic transformation by simplifying trade and investment procedures, providing incentives, and improving the business environment. It is hoped that the business communities of the two countries will continue to deepen trade and investment cooperation and help the “the Belt and Road” initiative and the “Vision 2030” goal.
