On February 17th, OPEC+representatives stated that they plan to hold policy meetings online instead of at their headquarters in Vienna, continuing the trend of recent meetings. The ministerial meeting may consider output policies for the second half of 2025. Prior to this, OPEC+will decide in the coming weeks whether to increase oil supply as originally planned starting from April. The attending representatives stated that OPEC+is considering delaying the oil supply increase originally scheduled to begin in April.
