Trump: Boeing delays delivery of upgraded version of presidential plane ‘Air Force One’ for a long time

On February 16th, US President Trump visited a Boeing aircraft at Palm Beach International Airport in Florida to inspect new hardware and technological features, and emphasized Boeing’s long-standing delay in delivering an upgraded version of the US presidential plane, Air Force One. It is reported that the “Air Force One” is a modified Boeing 747 aircraft, currently with two aircraft, both of which are over 30 years old. Boeing had previously signed a contract to produce an upgraded version of Air Force One, but delivery has been delayed. According to the US Air Force, the delivery was originally scheduled for 2024, but the delivery date of the first aircraft has been postponed to 2027, and the second aircraft has been postponed to 2028.
