On February 15th, the “Action Plan 8.0 for Optimizing the Business Environment in Xuhui District” and a new round of industrial policy system were successively released on February 14th. In 2024, the gross regional product of Xuhui District will reach 393.12 billion yuan, ranking first in the central urban area of Shanghai center. It will focus on key areas such as cross-border investment facilitation, digital governance standardization, and internationalization of intellectual property protection, and launch 34 task measures in the “Ten Actions”. In addition, by 2025, Xuhui District will invest another 5 billion yuan in special funds for attracting and doing business, closely following the “perception” of enterprises. In 2025, we will take artificial intelligence as the leading force to vigorously promote the development of key industries such as digital economy, life and health, cultural creativity, modern commerce and trade, science and technology innovation finance, professional services, and high-end manufacturing. We will actively cultivate X new industries such as low altitude economy, blockchain, synthetic biology, and embodied intelligence, seize the “nuclear explosion point” of industries, and accelerate the growth of new quality productivity.
