On February 15th, the “Several Measures to Accelerate the Construction of a Global Influential Artificial Intelligence Industry Highland in Zhongguancun Science City” was officially released on February 14th at the 2025 Haidian District Economic and Social High Quality Development Conference. The Measures plan to allocate over 1 billion yuan annually in funding support for research and development, computing power subsidies, data rewards, scenario support, etc., to build a globally influential innovation source and industrial highland, and create a world-class artificial intelligence industry cluster.
