The investigation into the scene of the collision between a US plane and a helicopter that resulted in 67 deaths has been concluded

On February 15th, Jennifer Hormendy, the Chairman of the National Transportation Safety Board, announced on February 14th that the on-site investigation into the collision between a Washington plane and a helicopter has been concluded. Homendi stated that the National Transportation Safety Board of the United States is reviewing “erroneous data” that the Black Hawk helicopter crew may have relied on during the pre collision flight. On the same day, US investigators stated that the Black Hawk helicopter involved in the incident may not have heard the command to “follow behind the passenger plane” before the collision.
