On February 14th, US President Trump announced on February 13th local time that Ukraine will participate in all peace negotiations with Russia. Earlier on the 13th, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated that he does not accept any bilateral peace talks without Ukraine’s participation, and that European partners should also be present at the negotiating table.
