On February 13th, US President Trump announced on February 12th that the US has provided $350 billion to Ukraine, and Ukraine has agreed to “ensure” the repayment of the funds provided by the US. Trump said that US Treasury Secretary Besson will travel to Ukraine to ensure that the US can retrieve the money in some form.
