On February 11th, a federal district court judge in the United States, John McConnell, found evidence on February 10th that some federal grants and loans have not yet been disbursed to beneficiaries and demanded that the White House release all funds. According to reports, McConnell had previously ordered a halt to the Trump administration’s plan to completely freeze federal funds.
