The Northeast United States is hit by a new round of winter storms, affecting over 15 million people

On February 9th, a new round of winter storms hit the northeastern region of the United States, with over 15 million people under winter alerts. According to CNN, there are multiple areas in Michigan and Wisconsin with snow depths ranging from 15.2 to 22.8 centimeters, and parts of northern New York state with snow depths reaching 35.5 centimeters. The storm will advance eastward on the 9th. According to the flight tracking website FlightAware, as of 8:30 am Eastern Time on that day, 376 flights from within the United States and 728 flights from the United States were cancelled and delayed, respectively.
