On February 9th, local time, Ukrainian President Zelensky stated in his evening video speech that the newly appointed Chairman of NATO Military Council, Giuseppe Carver Dragon, visited Ukraine that day, which was also his first visit to Ukraine. Zelensky stated that both sides discussed the preparations for the upcoming Ukrainian Defense Contact Group meeting and Ukraine’s defense needs during the talks.
