On February 6th, Ukrainian President Zelensky met with visiting British Foreign Secretary Lamy on February 5th local time. Zelensky posted this news on his official social media platform and stated that the two sides discussed the implementation of the “Centennial Agreement” recently signed between Ukraine and Britain, and held consultations on providing security guarantees for Ukraine and strengthening sanctions on Russia’s oil and defense industries. Zelensky also thanked the UK for providing financial assistance for the development of Ukraine’s defense production.
