The US appellate court ruled that the government’s order to ban the sale of firearms to adults under the age of 21 is unconstitutional

On January 31st, a US appeals court ruled on January 30th local time that the US government’s long-standing ban on gun dealers holding federal licenses from selling handguns to individuals under the age of 21, i.e. between the ages of 18 and 20, is unconstitutional.
