On January 26th, according to the Ningde Housing and Urban Rural Development Bureau, from January 31st to February 15th, 2025, natural persons who purchase first-hand commercial housing from participating companies during the 2025 Spring Housing Exhibition in the central urban area of Ningde City, Fujian Province, will transfer the down payment to the pre-sale fund supervision account of the project during the exhibition, and complete the online signing and filing of the “Commercial Housing Sales Contract” and pay deed tax within 10 days after the exhibition (i.e. before February 25th, 2025), and can receive a housing subsidy of 800 yuan/square meter according to the area. Among them, for those who purchase units with an area of 144 square meters or less, the maximum subsidy per unit shall not exceed 100000 yuan; For purchasing units with an area of 144 square meters or more, the maximum subsidy per unit shall not exceed 120000 yuan. Ningde will subsidize a total of 500 sets this time. If the total number of houses purchased during the exhibition exceeds 500, the municipal housing and construction department shall organize a public lottery within 15 days after the end of the exhibition (i.e. before March 2, 2025) to draw the subsidy distribution sequence number, and the lottery rules shall be announced separately.
