On January 25th, Hong Kong Development Bureau Director Ning Hanhao stated on a radio program that land sales revenue will exceed HKD 4 billion in the next two months. Ning Hanhao said that the annual figure may not reach the initial estimate of over HKD 30 billion. The government has made several land sales arrangements before the end of this fiscal year.
