Hainan homestay bookings are hot, with an average occupancy rate of 80% before the Spring Festival

On January 25th, as the Spring Festival approaches in 2025, bookings for homestays across Hainan are hot and have entered the “Spring Festival” mode. The Hainan Tourism Homestay Association introduced on the 25th that currently, the average occupancy rate of “gold, silver, and copper level” homestays in Hainan Province has reached 80%, and the average booking rate during the Spring Festival holiday is nearly 50%.
