It explicitly proposed the construction of a provincial-level children’s medical treatment center with a level III level of critical care for children (including newborns), 5 state-level (city) level children’s emergency or critical care disciplines with a level II level, 70 county-level children’s emergency points with a level I or above level, and the establishment of a children’s treatment network covering the whole province; According to the principles of informed consent and voluntary participation, free domestic HPV vaccines will be administered to eligible first-year female students in the province.
