The transmission capacity of the farthest ultra-high voltage project in China has exceeded 300 billion kilowatt hours

On January 13th, according to State Grid Corporation of China, the largest and farthest transmission capacity ultra-high voltage project in China – the Xinjiang Zhundong to Anhui Wannante High Voltage Direct Current Transmission Project – has cumulatively transmitted over 300 billion kilowatt hours of electricity as of January 12th, equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 130 million households.
