According to public information released by the China Securities Investment Fund Industry Association, as of January 10th, the number of private equity deregistration registrations has exceeded 40 this year, an increase of over 100% compared to the same period last year, including well-known equity private equity institutions. Meanwhile, according to statistics from third-party platforms, in the just passed year of 2024, securities regulatory bureaus across the country issued nearly 200 fines for private equity violations, far exceeding the 109 fines issued in 2023.
